Calendar & Schedules
Timezone-aware events with flexible recurrence: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, with by-day and by-month filters. View upcoming events, overdue items, your full monthly calendar, and saved presets you can return to.
Calendar app connections
Connect a calendar app to a synced profile for view and quick-add. Quick Add events from your calendar app land in a Graspee Calendar inbox for review, and a read-only subscription echoes that inbox back so your calendar app can show what came in. Two one-way flows. Subscription URLs are bearer-token URLs; rotation from Settings invalidates existing subscribers. Reminders fire on the calendar app device that holds the event; Graspee does not deliver its own reminders for events imported from a calendar app.
Personal Finance Tracker
Track accounts, transactions, and tags. Connect your bank through supported providers for automatic imports, or import CSV statements with column mapping and undo. Review transactions, filter by date, account, or tag, and monitor balances. Everything is encrypted locally.
Imports and connections
Connect bank accounts through supported providers (Plaid, plus Flinks where available) and import CSV statements with column mapping, duplicate detection, import history, and undo. Manual and connected accounts live side by side, and provider connections include reauth and account update modes.
Budgets and insights
Set monthly budgets by tag and currency, then watch progress fill as transactions land. Insights surface spending trends, a heatmap of activity, top tags, monthly averages, data quality checks, and a cash runway estimate.
Offline-First PWA
Works without internet from the start. Install it on any device directly from your browser. Your data lives in IndexedDB on your device. No cloud account is required to begin.
Zero-Access Encryption
Your synced profile data is encrypted client-side with AES-GCM-256 before it ever leaves your device, so the server stores only encrypted blobs it can never read. Calendar app connections are a documented plaintext exception, scoped to your Calendar inbox and read-only subscriptions. Your password never leaves the browser.
Optional Encrypted Sync
When you're ready, enable cloud sync to access your data across devices. Sync uses end-to-end encryption with Yjs CRDT merge. The server only relays data it cannot decrypt.
Multi-Language Support
Available in English, French, and Korean. Switch languages anytime from the interface.
